Remote
Control
The
antenna for the remote control receiver is "hidden" behind the dashboard.
It's
a simple wire - which could do its job - if properly installed...
but this
is a DIY-job & wasn't done in Solihull :-(
(Result: More than pure reception
of the signal send by the transmitter.)
How to do it on your own?
1.
Take off the dashboard by removing the marked screws:

Remove it:
3.
Now start the search for an grey/orange wire - somewhere done below ALL the
other wiring ;-)
Problem is, that it is NOT fixed anywhere.
THERE
it is!
4.
Rest is simple:
ISOLATE the end of the wire!
Fix it with some GOOD tape
at the highest possible position.
FINISHED.
Now
this really is a REMOTE control.
